my player made a lot of bad throw

...what's is the problem?
Is a problem related to build or tactics?
Do you have a tactic that could run well with my player?

well your number 1 and 2 centers are run blockers and the number 3 center which is a pass blocking center is on Special teams.
same with your guards and Tackles. hard to make good throws when the line is not set properly

The problem is that pass rushers are having a field day with your run-blocking offensive line. Your QB is a deep passer (as opposed to the other QB on your team, a scrambler), so he needs more time to be at his best. It's just not the right team for you. Try to find a new one next season.

Until you get a new team, slide toward favoring the open man and up your blitz reaction to throw somewhat early. From there its up to your OC to choose the appropriate plays and progressions to get the ball out of your hands quickly so you don't have to deal with the pressure so much.
Confidence helps your QB to throw under pressure as well. Low confidence + pressure = bad throws
