This is the first time building a blitzing LB and in gerneral first time I actually want to try and build a player better

I have 35 skill points to use. First, when should I use the skill points and secondly should they all go to speed or should I take speed to a certin cap and put the rest in something else?

yes all in speed. Shouldn't only hold SP until you can reach the next cap.

You should have capped speed last season and then boosted before the season end and saved the remaining SP to when you can cap speed again at 61

Now you should cap speed and save the rest SP to when you can cap speed again and keep on going till its where you want it ex: 88

I built the LB in the offseason, boosted and saved the SP. Player is only lvl 4

Yeah but you would have gotten a better use of your algs if you had capped before boosting... You would have saved some SP by capping before. For ex: if you would been about 34 and used your 15 initial SP you would have gotten to 49 using 1 point worth of SP, then boosted you would have gotten to 50.5 attribute from alg:s and those points to the next cap costs 2 points per attribute point... Those would have been free for you! But now you have to use SP points to get those points.
But you should cap to 48 ASAP so that you can keep on training it some and directly when you can, use your SP to get to the next cap... Best is if you can get your training bar close to 99% before capping, so that when you cap you can train it once over and get some more free points

My Blitzing LB:s speed is at 51.5 (without eq) and about 50% trained... For you to reach that it will take 21 SP so you loose some SP by not capping before boosting, when it just costed me 15 SP
