I am searching for a DC that runs a solid defense especially against the pass. Experience is a necessity. We lost by a FG in OT in the conference championship game so we were extremely close to making the WL. I need someone to take over a solid team and really make it a top unit. There's your problem.. Why on earth would you want a DC to play a 43 in this sim? In a passing sim wouldn't you want as many guys available to cover as possible? That means 3 man fronts.

I'm not opposed to using the 3-4, nickel, dime or anything else also. The statement was based on us having 4 DTs. No matter who it is they are going to use a variety of formations in different situations if they know what they are doing. I edited the statement to reflect that. Are you saying you are interested in the position?

No im not interested in the position, I have enough teams to deal with.. I usually just post to help or point things out.

I'm just thinking that saying you want a DC that is a 43 guy could send some guys away. Most DCs are used to using 3 down linemen so to see an owner say he wants to find a DC that likes to run a 43 would possibly turn away many.

Totally understand the being busy thing. Thank you for the suggestion on changing that! I appreciate the help there!
