Ok, so after many years away from this game I'm back and have created two safeties. SS and FS. I am wondering what the most efficient way to train is? Always intense?

I really need some pretty specific guidance on how to efficiently build my players. Should I focus on one stat until I cap it?

Any advice would help. It's hard to know how to train without the actual game formulas.

I am also wondering this. Is Multi-training the way to go or just intense train one skill until its where you want it?

Ah horse shit. one below the maximum. what a load of baloney.

4 way multi training is the best way to go absolutely. Build max height, Minimum weight. Starting with 12 bonus tokens use 6 to enhance speed training one time. Intense train speed 3 more times and use the 12 bonus tokens to enhance speed training one more time.
Train intense speed until you get 6 bonus tokens, and unlock agility for multi training. 2 way multi-train until speed reaches 34 and cap it at 49.
Continue to train Speed/Agility until you have 12 bonus tokens and unlock vision then three way train Speed/Agility/Vision until you get 18 bonus tokens
Then enhance Speed one more time.
Continue training 3 way Speed/Agility/Vision until Speed can be capped at 61
Once you get 18 more bonus tokens unlock either stamina/strength or jumping to finish out your 4way training items.
Speed is always trained until you have enough SP to take it to the next cap. Take speed to no less than 81 shooting for around 81-85 natural before you stop. (my opinion is to stop training speed once you hit 68 and start training another attribute. mostly because by then even with enhancements the percentage gains are only 10 or 12 percent and would take a whole season of training to raise it one skill point. but that same time training could raise a lower attribute a great deal.)

Then do the same with agility.
Then with vision into the 70's
From there it depends on the archetype. Power hitter you want to take up some strength or tackling, coverage guys get jumping
Most folks say you can hold off on stamina until later in your career but eh.
Biggest thing is the gains from training on normal versus the amount of bonus tokens you get is crap. Multi train gets you the most out of your training and still gives you the same amount of bonus tokens per 4 day period.
You can do enhancements with your bonus tokens or use them to gain SP to achieve attribute caps faster.
