probably keeps the burnout at bay. Build them, game plan your brains out for 30+ days. Take the next few months off as your next crop comes up. Sounds like a nice idea

Was originally the plan but I burnt out doing it all myself the last two seasons. World League isn't easy and unlike all those others who claim 0 cares, I actually did care and game planned every game but two this season.

I couldn't imagine doing offense and defense at the WL level. And your team's uniqueness also makes it a pain in the ass for you to coordinate. I usually burn out after about 4-5 seasons of doing most of the roster stuff, and part of the offense. 2 seasons of doing both sounds about right. Good luck man. see you in a few seasons.
