Wanted: Recruiter
Requirements: Active with the team; Review the roster to determine need; Keep contracts current with players season to season; Recruit positions of need; pass along potential candidates to the owner for final approval; Negotiate with free agents; Send contracts to free agents.
The recruiter will have a lot of control over the roster and will need to work with the OC/DC each season to determine wants/needs.
Reason: I just don't have enough time any longer to recruit, CFO, DC, scout for multiple teams.
