We had a new OC for this season, but he had online issues which was a problem as the offense wasn't running smooth player wise (ie some players not getting any plays) and he wasn't available to rectify, so have let him go.
looking for someone with exp and committed to making an impact in the Pros, must communicate with myself and the team, Basic Tactics are a must and should be posted on the forum once your AI in place, no point doing things by half
