What is considered too high or frivolous for vision on a pass rushing DE?

68?
74?

My view on vision for any DL is 73 max. 60’s are fine. You already have to contend with Strength, Agility, Tackling, and Speed.for the majority of SP, vision should take a lesser role. Looking at other secondary attributes contending for training and SP time, you ned to consider stamina and jumping, with jumping seeing an increase in popularity due to its ability to increase the chances o attempting diving tackles.

I have 78 on my DE. I wish I went lower. 70 is a good round number give or take a few each way based on preference.

curious that it is a primary attribute. I would think at a point you would max out your jump at the snap of the ball, so other than reading if its a run or pass, vision seems sort of curious as a primary attribute.

It's important and it helps.

The reason why attributes are and are not primaries isn't always to make sense as far as what would make the best build. It's to make more diverse builds. Otherwise they would have str, spd and agi majors on one archtype.
