Tier 1: One of these three will represent Zeta for the Gold imo
Asau Golden Eagles - still the team to beat imo
Nairobi Warthogs - beat Asau already in the regular season
South Bend Immortals - challenging Smooth for the top newcomer team this season and with wins for Shockers, OFOTD, and Mean Machine they could be challenging for WL Gold comes season's end

Tier 2: All these teams look to be locks for a playoff spot and with a couple good SIMs could make it to WL championship game
Smooth Criminals - John Wilkes Booth....the most difficult player to GP for since....
Moose Jaw Roughriders - already made it through the meat of their schedule, could end with 12-13 wins, but 11 looks like a guarantee
One Foot Out the Door - I figured with much better chem to start this season they would be challenging for a 14-2 type record
Mean Machine - DS being DS

Tier 3: Couple of WL Vets in here and 3 pretty good teams are going to miss the playoffs
Venom Dotball Academy - 5 must wins left and then it will come down to their 2 mini-helmets against Mean Machine and Asau
C-Town MF'n Hood - could HOOD really miss the playoffs? hard to imagine but that early season loss to Venom could come back to bite them
Richey Royals - lolrushingQB
South Otto Fragile Porcelain Mice - hard to argue with a solid running game and defense but this conference is brutal

Tier 4:
12-16 - some of these guys are fighting hard and I give them credit for that, but I can't remember the last time there was such a drop-off like this in WL. These 5 teams might not get more than 3-4 wins outside of beating each other.

tbh Im a little shocked that we are 5-2, I think we are much better this season than we were last season. I wont have much excuse this season not to win a playoff game. I think we have as good of a shot to win one as we ever had

OFOTD can't be a playoff lock at this point. Also not sure about Mean Machine. They beat Asau with the mini-helmet, but otherwise their other 4 wins are over teams that are a combined 2-26. And their 2 losses were by 30+. I just think they get left out when all is said and done I'd put my money on Richey/Hood/VDA to make the playoffs.

Yea i just looked at Mean machine and I wouldnt say they are a lock, Besides being a DS team, they dont have much going for them, but even the good DS teams like cinci arent doing as well as i thought they would. I dont see them making a run tbh.

lol him for having the royal low, we dont buy it.

Hood is still 0 cares, they will turn it on sooner or later, VDA will snag the 8th seed somehow.

I dont think south otto makes the playoffs either right now. they started hot, but maybe its just me, But I dont think they are that good.

I have it

Southbend
Royals
Asau
Smooth
Nairobi
Moose
Hood
VDA
OFOTD

Thats more or less how I expect it to finish or how I rank them going into the playoffs seed wise. Hood will prob be a little higher but i see the 9 in zeta seperating themselves from the others.

yup, we have the same 8 in the playoffs and the order pretty close.

South Bend-Asau-Nairobi are my top 3 in any order

Smooth is a tough read, they really are. Certainly a strange team. Can't tackle for shit and I don't foresee them winning a bunch of playoff games, but will be a team that no one wants to deal with.

Richey, I'm also not sure about. Haven't really looked into them, but I think they put a solid amount of cares in and it shows. They'll be a mid-range playoff seed 3-6.

Moose is legit. Could challenge for the Zeta title when it's all said and done.

Hood is hood. They could be sitting at 5-6 after the next 4 game stretch, and I still think they'll make the playoffs.

I've got VDA just in over OFOTD, but their loss h2h means they'll need to step it up a notch.

Those are the 9 I agree are better than the rest. Doesn't mean South Otto or Mean Machine or even SCM have no chance, but they're going to have to win some tough games imo.

Asau
Nairobi (experience puts them at 2 but could arrange this 2-4 however)
Smooth Criminals (high eff lvl and dominating offense)
South Bend (very solid team)

Moose (Winning some close games, should be good to go for the playoffs)
Richey (Probably enough win to cruise into the playoffs)

That leaves Hood, Mean Machine, South Otto, VDA, and OFOTD to battle for the last 2 spots.
If I had to guess I would take Hood and VDA just because we know they have probably been coasting to this point and will have to start g planning early. OFOTD I never count out but not sure if they aren't TFOTD this season. South gonna need to win some close games down the stretch and mean machine who knows if DS cares to keep them around or not

WTF - shouldn't you be gameplanning instead of doing rankings? Have you looked at who we play in our next three games?
