Agreed. This is my point. People think because their blocking bar is high they must have a good build.

This is partially why I said Center and not Offensive Lineman. I think that building a Guard or OTackle is a little more sensitive. Center, however, is pretty straight forward.

Once you get past lvl 48 it takes 2 sp to lvl up 1 attribute, then at lvl 60 or something its 3 sp for an attribute and then it gets even harder after that i think.

OT. In the past 2 seasons my OT has allowed exactly 1 sack. This season it's in USA A so it's a little easier, but last season was Western Europe Pro League. It's been a relatively easy position to build. I haven't really had to put a whole lot of thought into it and he's been very successful.

Now, if you measure it by pancakes I'd say G. The top 10 pancakes in every league are almost always dominated by Guards. Why? I'm not sure.

Hey, that's Tom Fletcher! You are missed in Oslo. I hope things are going well in USA A.

Haha I appreciate it! Larssen actually let me keep forum access for Oslo so I've still been following ya'll. I definitely miss the Ole WEPL.

^ not really. Kicking and Confidence will do it for ya. Str does help more long range, but you can be a very deadly kicker without str. Not sure what vision and agility get ya.

Gotta disagree with you on that one. I have a guard who needs strength strength and more strength with some agility and blocking. Train speed and he can pull just fine.

I am constantly fine tuning my C. Against lower level DLs he can pancake at will, but against strong DLs and speedy LBs, he needs plenty of strength vision speed and agility just to keep up. Also, he began life on STs so he has a little bit of tackling thrown in as well. Right now, I need to boost his vision to compensate for these blitzing LBs. My C has only given up 2 sacks, and both were to LBs who blitzed like lightning past him when he was blocking down on the DT or NT. Plus, the SAs are a big choice to make. Pancake is fun, but Line General can pay off big when the chips are down.

Building a consistently good C is not easy.

Easiest Position: Kicker/Punter

Daily Train: Confidence, Strength, Vision

Skill Point Spending: Kicking/Punting

Equipment Spending: Kicking/Punting

... by Level 8, you'd probably have 70 Kicking with a decent initial build and you'd hit everything inside 40 (assumptions) and 1/2 of everything outside 40.

... by Level 16, you'd probably have 90 Kicking and would hit anything inside 50 yards and probably most everything outside.
