Where should I set my punter.. Distance.... Hangtime

Right now i'm at -30 toward distance. Whats best he's a boomer

At the lowest levels, start out at 100 hang time. As you increase levels, slide it more toward the distance side.

My rule of thumb whatever number your punting attribute with equipment and VAs is from 100, double that and that's where you should have the slider from the middle.

If you have 75 punting, that's 25 away from 100, double that and you should be at 50 hang time. If you have 140 punting, double that and you have 80, so you should be at 80 toward distance.

How does 140 doubled equal 80?

140 - 100 = 40 X 2 = 80

75 - 100 = -25 X 2 = -50

- = Hangtime
+ = Distance

So at 100 punting you set the tactics at 0 between distance and hangtime

Where should this punter put his SP's from boosting and what should his Tactics settings be? We are trying to get him to avg closer to 40 yards per punt and still have good hang time he is in the low to mid 30's on avg now,

I don't think he'll be able to get a 40 YPA with only 105 punting.

Is the point of hangtime to just not outkick your coverage?
If all I want is to lead a CPU league in yards per punt, I'd go all distance, right?
