So currently 128 National Pro Teams make the playoffs 16 promote to WL, leaving 112 National Pro Playoffs teams, but only 80 will get auto invite to "New 4 Pro Leagues"

Thus 32 teams will be in limbo?
Scary, huh? Have to think with team sales that those 32 will be mostly accommodated, though.
It will be a new age, though, where Pro isn't just a hold'em all for aged teams. Regional Pro Elite should see a big increase in general league toughness.

32/8 probably means that bottom 4 remaining teams from each League make sense to be added to demotion. (Does this mean no more Royally Kilted Yaksmen in Pro Leagues?)
However, why stop at Nat Pro? Add a league tier between Semi - Pro and Regional Pro that is capped at 240 days old, and then the entire league system makes sense from top to bottom, and you do not have level 68s facing lvl 79s in Regional Pro.

Guessing from past experiences, lose Game 1 of Playoffs... And you become one of those 32.
