Most QBs that I've seen use Quick Read. Has anyone tried pumping Look Off? I'm interested in the results if so.

This easiest answer is to ask around a few DC's and see how many actually use zone. I asked the same question 2 seasons ago. Every DC I asked said they didn't use zone. Therefore Look Off would be redundant.

I think a 2 deep zone in this last season was a must have for upper levels. I was thinking that Look Off would pull the safety then would have single coverage against a CB which means almost automatic completion.

I've had experience with Look Off. The results are I think QR is better as it gets you thru the progressions faster.

The text for both mentions that they are effective against zone coverage. Neither mentions anything about man.

Quick Read ALWAYS works on pass plays. Look off MIGHT fire and be successful a few times a game. End of story.
