I have recently come to a time where I have an ample amount of free time.
This game has been extremely appealing to me since I stumbled upon it... but it has always seemed to me to be much of a "who spent more time" competition than anything else.
I have the experience of riding the coattails and absorbing the knowledge of a few of the better coordinators in peewee and now have the time and the dedication required to turn that into a championship effort.
My coordination would come along with explicit build and tactic plans detailed throughout the season and would be consistent of playoff style preparation for every non-cpu scrimmage, regular season game, and of course the inevitable playoff run easily achieved through these efforts.
I do not expect the team to be a boosting team, I'm not even entirely sure that I would prefer a boosting team, I do not care which league the team is in but clearly would prefer Gold to Silver, Silver to Copper, but still would accept a copper team.
The team I take on will be the only team I wish to coordinate for and while I would prefer total control of both the offense and the defense I would also consider a job in which I was only in control of the defense.
I am only interested in teams that aim to diligently seek a full roster of compliant agents and would greatly greatly prefer the single agent team to a multi agent team.
If anyone is sitting on the required flex to fill a squad of 55 agents and wishes to give a new and talented coordinator the means to prove his worth and have something interesting to watch when they inevitably check this site every day... I urge you to allow me this opportunity.
