Advice please. We are debating what to do. With this LOT

Looks much like a ROT tbh, you'll want at least 90 agi as LOT and it's a little late to get there for you now. Hopefully you can move the points from protector.

Cap the skills that are close to the next cap (stamina/conf/vision) and work on speed some more but you start adding SA's
