Not real sure what happened, but either way, if you have a file on this here is a replay to add. I looked through all 5 pages in this forum and didn't find one.

Definitely....FS didn't shrink and the text said nothing about missing a tackle and the screen showed no head fake or juke or spin happened. I would be pissed off if that happened to my defense too.

um yeah normally i'm a defender of weird sim things but this one does look like something went wrong. i mean unless the answer is that the FS had to take a potty break in the middle of the play (maybe because the HB scared the #$%^ out of him?) or he he got hit by a coke can or something.

It wasn't like he made such a sharp cut that the FS just barely missed him either. It looked like the FS made the proper cut at least 2 ticks ahead of time as well and was spot on to do his thing.

Here's one where the blocking FB runs through the FS

lol. must have been one heck of a failed vision check or a complete whiff on the block attempt. kind of looked like he went to block the CB instead. I suggest you cut the FB and spend that money elsewhere

Swim move to get past blocker??? Not outside the realm of happening in the NFL. FS would slow down a bit more I think...but yes, definitely an odd play.

OP's FS got his ankles broke while standing I think.

will be determined not a bug. Trust me. See above thread

I don't know, I could *kind of* possibly see a case being made that the CB was being blocked from behind (isn't that a penalty?) but the OP's FS is just something completely different. If it isn't a bug I'd love to hear what the reason is for the OP's situation.

So why are they making changes based on what they see with the dots!

there are plenty of times players run right thru other players. its always blamed on the replay not having the players in the exact right place.

They are going to tell you that the ball carrier made a quick cut and made the FS over pursue and whiff (reason why the FS missed with a shrinking or without recording a missed tackle). It doesnt look like that in the replay because the dots are not a precise representation of where the dots are actually on the field
