I thought that Confidence would have a little more to do with being a QB but from what I have read it doesnt seem to matter as much.

I also seem to be making A LOT of bad throws. 5-15 a game when I throw more then 40 attempts a game.

any and all thoughts will be appreciated

My advice:
Don't spread out equipment (ALL throwing)
Put too many SPs in Special Abilities too early

He has tackling EQ...

ok i fixed the equipment issue. I dont know what I was thinking with the Tackling.
