What happens if you run a sim and dont actually discover anything funky to report but send the pm with the other info,
We dont get the flex refunded cuz the sim actually worked? (hypothetical as that may be)

If you send in a report with your observations and the observations are that you liked the sim and you include links to things you liked - you'll get the flex refund.
I highly doubt anyone is 100% satisfied with the sim. People never are.
