Can you explain this one a little more?

And specifically does it mean that a WR cannot cut block in run blocking? How about a HB in pass blocking?



Cut Blocks on the Line only for now in Testing.

"Hard Blocks" still happening on STs and off the line.

NOT A CONFIRMED CHANGE YET

Will be reviewed and its absence evaluated, may be turned back on, partly or fully, but very well might not be at all.

Wait and see for next update before butchering builds/rosters is my advice.

Ok. Well if the change sticks it would be great to get clarification on what "Line only" means. OL only? OL and TEs and FBs only? Offense within 7 yards either side of the snap only? Run-type blocking + offense only? Really there are tons of questions here. Don't need to know now necessarily but don't want to wait for Q&A answers in 2 months either.

Changes in this game come in "huge" and "enormous" instead of "gradual" as they should. Do you think double-teamed DTs suddenly being unable to tackle is an acceptable change? I don't, and I have given up long ago, but this is just too much.

Will be sure to clarify changelog additions here with relevant info.

I think it is highly unacceptable that a guy with 2 dots double teaming him makes the diving gap tackle. Problem currently is dline's ability to get any push ever or break a block to get in the backfield.

A lot being worked on with the running game though to try and make it both fun and balanced. Doing the best to prevent slam ball for season 29.

Bhall, fine, fix the diving tackle part from afar. Make his range smaller. Sure. At the same time, do not simply make him unable to tackle at all if double teamed AND make him occupy gaps better.

I guess the fact that non STR DEs are about as usefull as playing with 10 men on the field did not merit test consideration for a boost of some kind? That and FF's could probably see a boost of at least some kind. Other than that all the changes look good on paper

Would love to see the Dline have a chance to actually do something in the pass rush. They did not do crap last season.

Also the dancing at end of routes by defenders pulling themselves out of the play and the high % completion rate into double and triple coverage especially in end game scenarios need to be looked at as well.

I know two of the testers.... I can assure you, they are fantastic! There is no doubt in my mind that this stuff is gonna get fixed properly! Good picks catch, at least on those 2

So what should the odds of a player with two 350 pound blockers man-handling him actually have......... in your opinion?

Why not release the sim these guys are testing to the user base right now and allow us to run scrims and give opinions? I am sure we'd see a shit load of scrims and a lot of feed back from the majority of the user base.
