What do people consider the best way to spend Bonus Tokens?

It depends on where you are in your build. You'll want to use them early to enhance training and unlock multi-training. After that, the overwhelming majority of your earned BT should go toward AE purchases For some positions, you'll also want some to unlock bonus SAs.

By the way, you should retire your 3-day old dot, and build a new one some time between today and day 48.

Because right, up until Day 48, you get training without aging and will make for a better dot long term. You won't lose any flex. It's a win/win for you.

Yes if you going to a regular team. No if your going to play on a pee wee team.

This is all in my own opinion:

Start by taking your #1 attribute to +20% gain
Then use them for SPs to get to each caps while taking your #1 attribute all the way up
Then use them to unlock attributes #3-#5 for multi-training
Then +20% to the attributes you're multi-training

Then save the rest for AEQ. You should need about 1100 for 3 AEQ in the end if you can find good ones in the AEQ store (probably shouldn't roll until at least L41, I prefer to wait until L51 or L61 to get the extra items with each roll). If you want 4 AEQ, you'll have to stop multi-training earlier which may or may not be worth it, depending on what you want for your build.
