How can you get a 4-4 Defense in Casual play?

This is a 3rd and 3. Offense has a weak I formation. How can you get a 4-4 Defense? there is not selections in tactics to do so.

I'm admittedly not very knowledgeable about casual, but I don't believe you can.

You can't or at least I've never seen the option on my team's tactics

I just got a DC job and was looking through my options...

If you go to CUSTOM D PLAYs beside "packages" you can select it through formation under the pic of your play.
