I've been OCing this team for a few seasons now and just don't have what it takes to get to WL. We have the talent, I'm just a little weak as OC. We were 1 game from WL with my noob OCing skills. If we got someone in here with experience we'd really turn the page.

Might need a new DC after that game.. What happened there? You guys were pretty decent all season and I thought you would at least have done better than that.
