Figured building long-term would take too long and decided to dick around in pee-wee for a season or two.

I bought a PW team for the first time around season 20 after trying my hand at coaching for the first time in season 19. I started out coaching in PW bronze just to get a feel for coaching and liked it. Honestly though what keeps me around is the fact that my agents have been with me for a long time, most of my agents on my team have been around for at least 3 or 4 seasons and some as long as ive owned the team. If it wasn't for that "community" feeling id prob leave and take a shot at the higher levels of this game, well at least a real one unlike the few half attempts ive made
