Well estaished team that's been around since season 10 will have It's current OC stepping down after this season regardless of where we go. OC with Pro experience is a must.
Full control of offense. I don't want to have to micro manage you. If you want to recruit, good, if not, I have people that can handle that and get whatever you need. Run whatever you want to run as long as we win.
