I got a LB on a CPU team as I've never made one before & wanted to mess around with the build. He ended up slot as the KR & took 3 back for TD's. Has anyone else ever had that happen?

Possibly. D-leagues just take the fastest dot on the team and put him at KR/PR. There's a good chance there have been plenty of different positions to return kicks in the d-leagues.

I had a QB returning kicks once in D-leagues.
