I wanna start my team over by going back to the rookie league, when/how do i do this? Do i have to email admin?

If you have a team now, you should get the option to choose league for next season in the next few days, I think. Keep checking your team profile page, and the option should appear.

Option appears once playoffs start I think, but could be a day or two sooner.
