Will a dot still get nightly training XP if he is not on the depth chart.

I have a player at 907xp and 276d old. He is not really needed in the last regular season game, so I am wondering if I take him completely off the depth chart if we will still get nightly XP.

Yes I am trying to game the system , well the old system anyways.

All players get training XP, regardless of whether they are on a team or DC. If you are referring to training points they need to be on a team to earn them but not on the DC. You even earn game XP for being on a team, regardless of whether the owner has put you on the DC.

It does, but not the answer I was hoping for. I have a bad feeling the dot in question is gonna level up before age 281. Was hoping for 900+ XP for trade in.

Oh well, it's a pretty good dot anyways, has all 4 AEQ fully upgraded already.

You'll need to get cut before the next game if you want to carry over XP to plateau.

^ think rosters are frozen , but also don't want to cut anyways. that would be taking it to far

You should get XP from rollover from 280 - 281. If your game is played on the day you are 281 days old you will not earn XP.

Your last XP is going into and on Day 280.

281 is the first day you get nada, going into it or during it.

I hope Ellis is right, otherwise I my player will end with 5XP, instead of 980.
