What attribute would be the best to increase pass blocking?

I generally think more long term. Below is the build print out of one of my favorite pass blockers. I would say blocking and agility combined with strength, speed and vision but that is just my opinion.

I've had bad luck with FS. It seems to get the DEs closer to the QB quicker. And that means pressure. But it seems to work for you. Maybe its the Vision that lets them get a jump on the DEs.

It's not even always related to FS, I think sometimes a certain line-up can cause an OT to fall back futher than they should.
