While you can't move them directly, you can purchase a regular team at the same level and offer new contracts to your team members. You will have a chemistry grace period to help you out.

For teams on different servers how do they play each other in scrimmages? Just an honest question, I never bought the fact that teams are on seperate servers

I seem to recall someone doing this, and them being forced out of the playoffs because they were better then everyone else in the conference.

The sims don't run on separate servers. They're just different team types and there's no way to "flip a switch" to instantly make a casual team a regular team or vice versa.
