Track Star
Jump The Snap (make sure he is within 4yds of the LOS at the snap)
would be must haves
I also like the combo of Power Tackler / Sure Tackler - to make sure the QB goes down and goes down hard !

Pass Rusher isn't necessarily one that I would choose unless it's a fairly high strength build.

the WL DMVP race leader tends to disagree

Pass Rusher modifies strength & agility. If you're not heavily invested in those, why would you spend veteran points on it?

Because the bonus is so grossly huge that it still makes a sizable impact (in regards to break block ability, fumble roll, etc.), even if an attribute is low.

You say that as if you didn't already know that people have been saying forever that you can't even tell the difference with or without pass rusher on defensive linemen. Many have questioned whether or not it actually works as described.

You're like 8 seasons behind, it's ok. Top blitzing LBs have used Pass Rusher/Power Tackler/+% force fumble with even 60 strength. The VA works just fine, there's tons of evidence in the form of MVP trophies.

IMO,
Pass Rusher, Power Tackler, Fearsome, JTS, Sure Tackler, Track Star,
My guys have never used JTS and have multiple MVP trophies I dont think its as useful as people believe esp if you have 73+ vision

And I've had top blitzers without it, so that proves nothing. How many of those MVPs even had 25% of their sacks come after being blocked? If you're not getting blocked, breaking that block, and then getting the sack then Pass Rusher did not do anything significant for you. Ideally you want VAs that will get you to the QB faster while unblocked, and then do damage when you get there.

Actually someone in the DC forum did a study back in the day using the speed script and showed that JTS gives a significant benefit to the frequency of getting a jump on the snap even with 70+ vision.
