Is quick cut a useful SA for a run blocking G?

Could be, would not put alot into it, but if you have the speed to be a pulling guard, might be useful (not many aditional SA's are).

I'd ignore it if I was you. Try first step instead.

I use Quick Cut. I don't know about run blocking, but my Qb had only 1 hurry out of 40 attempts this year. I look at it as an adjunct to Agility. And my Gs and Cs are more that Strong enough with enough blocking they don't need help there, led my league in rushing. Hate like hell to give you two viewpoints, but there it is.
