Benefit is not having useless dots.
And getting your 70% flex + start cost back to build anew.
You also have a free dot you can build (free but for the custom).
Remember do not build till Day 40 at the earliest, but before the end of Day 48 at the latest, and to boost him 3 times Day 48 after using all your training.
