(why the HB start moving so slow after the catch ?).

First time I seen this, will post more if I see more.

That looks like almost every single play at the lower levels. The HB falls down, and then doesn't move when there are defenders near due to low vision/agility and running style.

Obviously this guy is much higher level, but it may stem from the same root causes.

The falling down is ok. But when he got up he seems unable to accelerate. The only think that made him move was the spin move.

VIS is 80 and AGI is 86.

Happens all the time. I call it the "broken legs" syndrome. It's coded like this and has been brought up before. If they want more examples, shoot me a PM and I'll dig some out of our scrims..
