I'd say a minimum of 93 raw, for a run blocking archetype, and then see what the sim is like before boosting your AEQ at plateau. The C might want to get it higher naturally, or put some equipment into it.

That's what I have. STR and BLCK figure FAR more into run blocking that AGI. Want to beat your man at the line. Vision.
