Been thinking about getting rid of streaky, is that a good idea? If so where should I transfer my points?

Veteran Abilities
Bull Rusher: 15
Jump the Snap: 15
Pass Rusher: 14
Streaky: 15
Technique Man: 15

We would have to know what the build looks like to give good advice. Either way we never really need streaky so no matter what getting rid of it wouldn't necessarily be bad.
