I think there's way to many speed QBs and they get defeated pretty easily in the Pros and above by a decent DC.
I would be interested in a Day 0 rushing QB with strength to run on short yardage situations and enough passing to throw in similar situations to keep defense honest. Something like Blake Bell at OU running the Belldozer. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VjSDv47wOfk&feature=related Move the chains and score TDs will be your QBs job.
The Storm is long term and will be in USA Pro again in about 7 to 8 seasons.
