Nah, don't buy that piece.
Best piece would probably be +3 Speed, +5% Break Tackle
+3 Strength, +3 Agility or +3 Carrying could also work... if you don't have enough BTs for 4 AEQs end build.
The Bonus Ability on AEQs for rFBs would normally consist of either:
Break Tackle %
Spin
First Step
Surge
Some rFBs try to go with Fake % and fake SAs, such as Head Fake and Juke, which can be good too, although you need a solid build for that (and some extra SPs).
If you are on a team that wants to be competitive now, I'd go for something with either Break Tackle % or Spin on it. Otherwise I'd wait a bit before shopping for AEQs.
