ive never made a MLB before. Im wanting to make a side line to side line run stopping MLB. can someone help me lay out a plan for this?

I'm guessing 77-81 str then move on to agi to 81 then tkl to 77 then speed to 81. I've never made one but this is just me spitballing numbers. Really don't know.
