Max strength. Speed to 16
Take strength to 81. Then take speed to 81
Followed by tackling to 77 then agility to 77 and vision to 74.
Bonus SA for FS is Monster hit, put your CEQ in the coverage tree and completely ignore the hard hitter tree unless you buy AEQ in closing speed, other than that the whole tree is worth less.
Use ur bonus SA to get monster hit to 10, and in the coverage tree you'll want to get first step and change direction to 10, along with getting swat ball and super vision as high as you can.
Use the combo archetype because it's better option for HH builds and gets better ALG's.

SS has the same build strategy, except you'll want to add first step as a bonus SA, and again you'll want to use the combo archetype, better ALG's than the HH archetype and also change direction is important and big hit is not, having those penalty and bonus SA's really hurts the build.
This time you'll want your CEQ in the hard hitter tree however, and from there max out monster hit (10+), the rest of the SA's are more or less irrelevant. Get First Step to 10, and then get Change direction and super vision up to 8 as well.

They may be #4 and #5 in the Defensive MVP race this season, but most of that lies with our DC's use of them, the builds could be a lot better.
Most important thing to take from all of this. Strength, then Speed, then Tackling, then Agility, Then Vision.
