My kicker is at +5 +5 +2(soon to be +5) for Special abilities, and I put no points into them yet. I am going to be putting some points into them soon, do I just put 5 in each to cap at 10, or can I put a full 10 points in them and still get the benefits of the +5 boosting me to 15?

if you're going to end past level 72 AND you have ce, you only need 3 points in each to hit 10s (obv assuming one AE in each slot.).
Additional points past 10 do have some effect but it's minor. I wouldn't go past 12 unless you've just got nothing else to better psend them on
