I have been the owner since the teams creation in the off season before Season 4. We were created as an expansion. I have owned, operated and maintained the team alone almost every season since creation and its really wearing me down. 25 seasons of doing it all alone begins to take a lot of fun out of the game.
I have tried several times over the seasons to have a OC, DC, HC, recruiter etc etc, but it never worked out and I always ended up taking over whatever job those GMs were supposed to do. Usually they only game planned or scouted 2 games and then just stopped and I would have to do the rest.
I got burnt out in season 16 and had given control to somebody as a co-owner. He had his own team and it ended up taking more of his time on that team so he was only able to take control of my team for 1 season in season 17. In season 18 the team was sorta in limbo. No scouting nor game planning. I came back with a second wind and took over everything again for season 19 and up. But am now again feeling the burn out and not really interested in game planning, nor scouting, nor anything really anymore.
I need somebody who can commit at least for season 28. I need somebody to game plan, scout, or recruit. Ideally I'd like a HC, OC, DC and recruiter for at least season 28. I made a commitment to the team keeping them together (those that wish to stay together) until retirement, and thats 5 seasons away. I need a break, or at least less "responsibility" for a while.

Seasons 4-18 (A-AAA) - 133-107 55% wins
Season 19 (Cap 22) - 13-3 81% wins
Season 20-26 (Age Based) 60-52 54% wins
We'd like for somebody to be able to help get this team into real contention sometime before Season 33 when we all start to retire.
