What are you planning on taking his final agility to? It is much more important than vision or confidence. Nowadays, all OL need agility of 85 (preferably 90) at least.

Vision in the high 60's should be okay, 75 is kind of overkill, unless he is prone to false starts.

yeah I am going a lot more agil and speed lately than Vis/conf

Shoot for 80+ agil and as much speed as possible at this point
