We have a solid team, but our weakness seems to be kickoff coverage, we seem to allow way too many touchdowns on kickoffs. I am looking for someone to set up the ST DC to optimize our special teams results without taking too many snaps from our O/D starters (we have no STOPS, but we do have a KR/PR).
