What can I improve?

Too little strength, too little vision.

Even if you are going for a scrambler, you definitely should take it higher. Specially vision. Strength will help on longer passes, quick release, pass quality.

Vision will help finding open receivers, seeing blitz coming, path choosing when running and so on.

Anyway, the true problem for him may also be on play selection and player tactics...

It has an indication of how to let his tactics? My coach does not help much ...
