Its on the bottom of their priority list but seeing as they are trying to get out of BETA than one would think they would at least have the features that they do have set up for agents to work properly. New agents start and there are typos, badly worded descriptions, features that flat don't work, and etc.

Need to at least have what they have to work properly in my opinion.
