Can anyone please explain how the effective level works? I am wondering how to get mine up and exactly what that is based on. Thanks.

I thought the EL was basically the average SP a dot at a certain position and level has across GLB. So if your player is a level 67 DE with 1078 SP then he has the same SP range as a level 73 player. I dont think arcetype factors in either. I think LOLbars are for what Drizzy is talking about.

It's this.
But it's based on the value at the time Bort updates the script. Last time the script was updated may have been about 2 seasons ago if I recall correctly. So your effective level is compared to the average SP value of dots at your position 2 seasons ago, or whenever the last time the script was ran.
