The Phoenix Surge http://goallineblitz.com/game/team.pl?team_id=6831 need both an OC and a DC for next season.
Experience is not required, but is greatly preferred.
The team is under new ownership, and had to recruit a whole new roster without the benefit of an offseason. We feel we can be competitive with the right OC and DC to compliment our roster. As our OC/DC you would have control over the offense or defense you want to implement, but you would not be tasked with actually recruiting players as our team of recruiters is capable of handling that load. However, you would have input on recruiting and players and could contribute to the recruiting if you wanted.
