Hey guys, usually all the games I'm waiting on finish within 10 seconds of the scheduled time, this is the first time it's gone for long, and the first time I've seen it go into negative time. Is this normal? About how long does it usually take? I don't exactly have a large sample size, so maybe it's not normal for them to finish instantly.

anything under an hour delayed isn't usually something too major. It's not common but most times (as in this case) it gets done eventually. Once you start seeing 2+ hour past due you should send in a support ticket. They handle those (assuming you mark it correctly i would guess) pretty quickly, if they don't already know about it.
