I run the defense, and have been using a personal AI for the defense for this team with no problems for the past 3 or 4 seasons (since personal AI's rolled out). That defense has been assigned as the default defense for the whole preseason, and I haven't made any changes using the tactics calender or even made any adjustments to the AI itself (only adjusted a few things at the package level). For today's league preseason game, a completely different D AI was used, and it looked like a Bort Preset defense. I noticed this because the play names were nothing like I have within my AI. This occurred for the entire game. I double checked the Tactics Calender after the game, and no new AI was selected just for that game.

The D AI I wanted to run, ran just fine in our last game, and with no changes since then, didn't even get called today.

Willing to give GM abilities to Mods if they want to double check this, but I'm not sure how much they can check, as I'm running a personal AI with personal packages and plays. I guess you can verify that it's set as the default defense and the tactics calender wasn't changed. Just send me a PM, so I can quickly try to get this resolved before the season starts.

Team was tagged in a fashion that is consistent with previous opponents. Even if I didn't tag, I have fallback packages in place with created plays to get called, that weren't called in this game.

i do suspect that something like this happened on a Samori game a few sims back.

Probably the issue.

- Slightly improved pass defender reaction ability vs cuts without head fake or juke applied
- Adjusted QB risk calculations for all coverage, and single coverage especially, to get the QB to throw a little sooner
- Fixed QB scramble/rollout thresholds on "never" setting being too low, causing scrambling too often
- Fixed issue with preset AI's not working when assigned through basic presets
- Fixed issue with custom defense plays where having HB and HB with a direction in the coverage checkdowns could cause the defender to skip HB assignment

Will check if this has caused the issue to appear now.

lol my O ran a bunch of plays that are not even in any packages, subbed in the wrong QB, and we've run the same AI all season without a problem. yeah i know how the tactics calendar works. aint got time for this.

having same issue with DAI not working.it's calling a bort def. not what is set up to run.

The only thing I found was that to double check to make sure you don't have a Basic Preset set to Active. Apparently they changed something on the 22nd of February. I deactivated the Basic Preset and in the game today, it ran the right defense.
