I would say grease monkey, but that could be trouble.

You can do this with Monsterkill.

ETA: At least you used to be able to. I can't get it to run through a whole game without locking up now.

monsterkill scout hasn't been updated in a while last i saw so doesn't work with the sim anymore (all the new formations killed it if i remember correctly)

You could try rocketsauce's script. It takes a bit longer to scout games but you can then combine all the scouted games on the team scout page and mark which games you want to scout an aggregate. Can help you find patterns. It does seem to have some errors (like counting things twice when you select a few categories) but should be usable for what you need.
